Obituary of Bob Travaglini
Please share a memory of Bob to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Off to ski the highest mountain. The man of many names, Robert Travaglini (Trav, Bobby, Bob), and many passions was welcomed into the loving arms of his parents Norina and Romeo Travaglini on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at the age of 70. His passing leaves a huge void in the lives of too many. First and foremost, his everything, Emily and Casey Travaglini Wright. Also, his brother, Roger Travaglini (Nancy); his sister Jo-Ann Presgrave (Jim); nieces, nephew, and grandnieces Tianna Babic (Thomas), Gabriella, Sam, Alix, and Olivia. He will be sorely missed by his lifelong friends, among them John Hollingsworth, Armin Jabs, and Steve Madigan; his extensive Searchmont family; the Duke gang; his golfing and coffee buddies; his marina pals; neighbours, and especially by his special friend, Lisa Buse. Wherever he went he made friends and engaged people.
Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) on Friday, March 26, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Due to the pandemic only 40 people will be permitted into the building at one time, the use of masks or face coverings are mandatory. Memorial donations to SAH Cancer Care Fund would be appreciated by the family.
In honour of Bob, the family is asking that you please share your favourite memory or stories with them via email at Bobbytravmemories@gmail.com. Your stories will be printed and made into a beautiful keepsake book for the family to cherish.
Wherever you are BT, we hope there’s a chairlift so you can enjoy the slopes, and a cottage on the lake so you can hear the waves and see the sunset and sunrise every day. We hope you get some golf rounds in with Bunny Hynna. Til we meet again, rest in peace. We miss you now and always!
