Obituary of Jacqueline Hill

Peacefully passed away surrounded by the love of her family on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at the Sault Area Hospital. Beloved wife of Wayne. Cherished mother of the late John Alto, Dwayne Hill, Corrina Hanes (Joseph) and Lana Hill (Beau). Grandmother of Shalane Hill, Dondel Wigwas, Kassidy Wigwas, Macie Hanes, Alyssa Hanes, Conika Belleau, Joshua Taylor, Kayanna Jackson, Abigail Arefi and Alissa Arefi. Great grandmother of Kaden, Sylis, Jayla, Laiya, Meila, Tazon, Thomas, Lucas, Brooklyn, Ronan, Drayson, Tehya and Xana’vie. Sister of Bernice Roach (Pat), Rita Husband (Dave), Shirley Barrow (William), Sandra Pitaro (Nick), Barbara Hill (George), Richard Roach (Louise) and Robert Roach (late Diane). Jacqueline is predeceased by her siblings Amie Roach (Joan), Clarence, Viola, and Clara Mae Roach. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Jacqueline was known for her kindness, compassion, humour and her bright spirit. At Jacqueline’s request, cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Sault Ste. Marie would be greatly appreciated by the family.
