Obituary of Rolly Lariviere

Peacefully departed this world, with his family by his side, on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at the age of 69. He will be forever missed and loved by his wife Arnellda (Brusven) Lariviere, grandchildren, neices, nephews, close friends and broken hearts he has left behind.  Father of Carie-Jean St. Pierre (Denis), Jeff Mick and Peggy-Sue Lariviere (Albert). He was known as “Big Poppa Bear” to our extended brothers and sisters, Wendy Barnard (Rob), Vance Brusven (Michelle) and Joe Brusven (Melissa). Rolly took his final ride in his old Chevy up to the Pearly Gates where he was greeted by his mom, Jean (Goulet) Lariviere and his siblings Albert, Vivian, Ross, Raymond and Ivan. He leaves behind three wonderful sisters, Jackie Van Daele (Peter), Louise Ecklund (Henry) and Ann Stratton (Pat)(late John).

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Rolly’s Life at the Fraternal Order of Eagles (20 Trout Lake Road, Heyden) on Sunday, October 24, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Memorial contributions to the Fraternal Order of Eagles, to help suport our local communities, would be greatly appreciated.
