Went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 7, 2022 at the Sault Area Hospital in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late William (Bill) Shelleau. Dear mother of Marilyn Pruitt (Bill) of High Point, North Carolina, Denise Gordon (Bruce) of Vancouver and Kathy Cayen (Dan) of Sault Ste. Marie.  Much loved grandmother of Lisa Jones (Gary), Rebecca Pruitt, Adam Gordon (Alison), Aaron Gordon (Beverly), Andrew Gordon (Sarah), Jason Cayen (Anne) and Justin Cayen (Anthea). Proud great-grandmother of Lucas (Abi), Marly, Shiloh, Leeson, Silas Jones, Brittany Pruitt, Natalie Vasquez, Keira, Josh, Olivia, Emily and Alex Gordon and Valentina Cayen. Great-great grandmother of Ella Jo and Gilead Jones. Daughter of the late Felix and the late Angelina Bruni. Sister of Isabelle Bruni, Joanne Markle (Paul) and predeceased by her brother Anthony, and sisters Ella Corvetti (Len) and Julie Shelleau (Roland). Mary will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

 

A private Family funeral was held on Monday, February 14, 2022. Memorial donations to ARCH or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. A special thank you to Mary’s daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Dan for the constant care, love and support shown to Mom. A heartfelt thank you to Jason and Anne for the care and support shown to Grandma. We will be forever grateful.
