Obituary of Burton Brown

It with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected, but peaceful passing of Burt at home on Friday, April 29, 2022, at the age of 72. Devoted husband of Margaret for 46 years. Cherished father of Jennifer (Jeff Fera). Dear brother of Nancy Wallace (Wayne) and brother-in-law of Robert Gill and Marion Kunnas (Gary). Special cousin of Pam Hamm, Anne Thompson and Ron Cassidy. Burt will be fondly remembered by his many nephews and niece and especially missed by his dear feline companion Peek-a-boo. Burt enjoyed his time involved with the amateur radio community and the friendships made.

Memorial donations made to the Heart and Stoke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A heartfelt thank you to the many doctors and nurses that have helped Burt and our family through his illness and lengthen his time with us. Special mention to Dr. Pearce of Sudbury Health Sciences, Dr. Darling of Princess Margaret, Dr. Stewart of The Group Health Centre, and Dr. Voutsadakis of the Sault Are Hospital.
