After a long courageous battle with cancer, Jocelyne passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Daughter of Therese Belzile and the late Benoit Desrosiers. Jocelyne will be missed by her first and only love, Roland, of 53 years. Beloved mother of Norm and Lynn (Derek). Meme will never be forgotten by her grandchildren Kayla Pascall (Brad), Serina Nicholson (Bill), Jesse Allard (Natalie), Derissa Vincentini (Rob), Monik Pigeau (Tye), Nikole Pigeau, Brandi Collings (Brian) and great grandchildren Owen, Scarlett, Claire, and Jack. Sister of Claudette Chenier (Bob), Benoit Desrosiers (Patti), Jean-Guy Belzile (Erin), Rene Belzile (Mike) and the late Roger Belzile. Jocelyne was always proud of her "little" family and shared their achievements with her friends over lunches at local restaurants.

Friends and family are invited to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) on Sunday, May 15, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (114 MacDonald Ave) on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Paul Conway officiating. Memorial donations to the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) would be greatly appreciated by the family. Special thanks to Cindy and the staff at Bayshore and CBI Health for their Personal Support workers. A heartfelt thank you to her neighbours for the great support.
