Rod was a kind and fun-loving man, devoted to family and friends. He always had a twinkle in his eyes and a welcoming smile. He was our MacGyver and always the first to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Rod loved camping, Boy Scouts, fishing, singing in the church choir, hockey and being the goal judge for the Soo Thunderbirds. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered with a smile.
