Obituary of Earl Mattice

With broken hearts we announce the passing of our father, papa and great grandpa, Earl, on Friday, June 3, 2022. He is now reunited with his beloved wife of 65 years, Shirley. Loving father of Ken (Jennifer), Kim (John) and Keith (Susan). Proud papa of Zachary, Tyler, Shannon, Matthew (Meg), Cole (Krista), Nicholas, Wendy (Ken) and the late Lindsay. Great grandpa of Adrianna, Kayleigh, Shelby, Isaac and Eleanor. Predeceased by his parents and his two sisters and five brothers. Earl will be fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Ina, brother-in-law Bill and his many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. A private interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Sault Ste. Marie or the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25 would be appreciated. Special thanks to Dr. Fera and the nursing staff at the Sault Area Hospital, especially Jenna, Kristina and Sonja.
