Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, at home on Monday, August 22, 2022 at the age of 90. He is now reunited with his beloved wife, Renata. Dear father of Rina Lewis (Dave) and Angelo Radi. Nonno of Jason Kuhnow (Alexi). Predeceased by his parents Mario and Rina Radi. Son-in-law of the late Maria and the late Angelo Mattioli.

A private family service was held. Memorial donations to the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to Dr. Booth, Holly from ParaMed and all the homecare nurses for the care and compassion shown to Flavio and our family. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758).
