Obituary of Yvonne Lelievre-Kennedy

It is with broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Yvonne, after a valiant battle with cancer, surrounded by the love of her family, on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at the age of 58. Beloved wife and best friend of Brian for 12 years. Special friend of Joe Kennedy. Cherished mother of Tyler, Jesse (Rikki-Lee Bowen) and Mike. Proud grandmother of Trinity, Everett, Rilee and Colt. Sister of John, Albert (Maria), Mary-Beth McBride (Ric), Stephen (Diane), Andrew (Karen), Monique Hollister (Jim), Gerard, Nicole Foster (Allen), Michelle Towers (Jody), Annette Lelievre (Mark), Brian (Maurissa), Collette Mctavish (David), late Chris (Pam), late Teresa Emmons and the late Dennis. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and extended family. Yvonne was kind, caring and always ready and willing to lend a hand when it was needed. She was a beautiful soul and will be missed by all who knew her.

 

Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the Algoma Autism Foundation or the SAH Cancer Care Fund would be greatly appreciated by the family. A special thank you to the staff at BayShore. A heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at the SAH Cancer Clinic for the care and compassion shown to Yvonne and our family.
