Obituary of Antonio Mangiardi

Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at the age of 98. Born in Brognaturo, Italy, predeceased by his parents Bruno and Teresa Mangiardi. Devoted husband of Angelina for over 65 years. Cherished father of Bruno (Gale), Frank, Theresa (Don Forfar), Phyllis, Greg (Irene) and Clara. Loving Nonno to Andrea, David, Christopher, Angelina, Gabriel, Michael and Daniel. Bisnonno of Zachary. Brother of Peppina Iennarella (late Domenico), Gregorio (Angelina) and Vittorio. Predeceased by his sisters Maria Caterina (Gina) DeFrancesco (late Domenico), Rosa, Chiara and brother Francesco (Elvira). Antonio was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews and so very many special friends. Family and friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 12:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Veronica’s Church at 3:00 p.m. with Father Ron Ambeault officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
