Obituary of Andre Porcheron

Peacefully passed away at Extendicare Maple View on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Cleo for 60 years. Cherished father of Andre Jr. (Sheryl) and Tony (Lily). Proud Grandpa of Makayla, Katelynn, Kyle, Victoria, Abbey and John. Survived by his brother Maurice (Michelle) and predeceased by his sister Penny Hansen (late Layton) and his brother Robert (late Doreen).

Andy worked as an electrician at the steel plant for over 30 years. After retiring, he was able to enjoy his love of the outdoors as he hunted and fished. If Andy wasn’t in the great outdoors, you could find him tinkering in his garage, having fun at bingo or prospecting. His larger-than-life personality will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

At Andy’s request, no services will be held. Memorial donations to ARCH or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
