Obituary of Wendy Lalouette

Passed away peacefully at the F. J. Davey Home in Sault Ste. Marie on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at the age of 86. She is now reunited with her beloved husband Jacques. Wendy leaves behind her daughter Sarah Spencer, and sons, Marc and Timothy Lalouette. Grandmother to Jamie and David Spencer, Jacques, Nicholas and Isabelle Lalouette, and Estee, Drake and Dash Lalouette.

Originally born in Leicester England, Wendy met her husband Jacques while working as a nurse. Together they came to Canada in 1963, where they eventually found their way to Sault Ste. Marie. Wendy was naturally talented, able to pick up many activities with ease. She was an avid birdwatcher and enjoyed time sailing on the lake and sea. Wendy enjoyed playing bridge regularly with her friends and going on regular walks and hikes with them. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

As per Wendy's wishes, there will be no service. A celebration of life may be posted at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758).

Wendy's family would like to extend thanks to all those who have supported them,  and to the staff at Collegiate Heights and at the F. J. Davey home, for helping her so well during her later years.
