Obituary of Kenny Mattila

Passed away peacefully at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at the age of 65. Cherished father of Jesse, Tina (Andrew) and Jeremy. Proud grandfather of Tristian, Matt, Gage, Seth, Trystn, Sydnie. Dear son of Gary and the late Angeline Mattila. Brother of Jeannie (George), Viola (Marlon) and Tammy (Brad). He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends and family are invited to a Come and Go Celebration of Life at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations to ARCH would be appreciated by the family.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Berg and Dr. Booth for their amazing care of Dad. A very special thank you to the nurses and staff at the SAH 3C and ARCH for going above and beyond.
