Obituary of Dorothy Missere

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great grandmother at the FJ Davey Home on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Joe (1995). Loving mother of Judy and Glen. Cherished Nana of Erin (Jamie), Jason, Timothy, Scott, Jeffery and Shane. Great Nana of Noah, Zoe, Evan, Ruby and Oliver. Caring Aunt of her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Minnie and John Davidson, brothers Ed, Don and Herb Davidson and sisters Ellen (Inzer), Vi (Missere) and Jean (Reid).

There will be no funeral services. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to the FJ Davey Home or the Alzheimer Society of Sault Ste. Marie would be greatly appreciated by the family. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at the FJ Davey Home Driftwood 2, who cared for Dorothy in the last eight years.
