Son-in-law of the late Tony and Mimi Fuselli. He will be fondly remembered by his many special nieces and nephews.

Nick was born on August 24, 1930 in the village of Pretoro, Province of Chieti, in the mountains of Italy.  He immigrated to Canada in 1951 to join his parents and brothers in their beautiful home on Cathcart Street.  He met Carmel, who lived just down the street and they married on May 10, 1958. Nick was an avid gardener and took great pride in his yard.  He had amazing apple and plum trees and loved growing lettuce and escarole in his garden.  He always had the most beautiful roses, and pink petunias were planted every summer.  He enjoyed visits from his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He loved holding the newest members of his family and always enjoyed having his picture taken with them. He loved hearing stories about them and loved watching them grow.

A private family service was held. Memorial donations to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

The family would like to thank Dr. Gayle Yee for her many years of care.  Also thank you to Dr. Aziz, Dr. Berry, Dr. Spadafora, all the special doctors, nurses and PSWs of 1B at Sault Area Hospital for their excellent care.
