Obituary of Ortenzia Naccarato

Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital surrounded by the love of her family on Friday, October 25, 2024 at the age of 90. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Mario. Dear mother of Frank (Dianne), Maria Iaconis (Sam), late Giuseppe, Linda (Serge Morin), Joe (Tera), Lori D’Ettorre (Carlo) and Michael (Tammy). Proud Nanna, Great and Great Great Nanna of many. Predeceased by her parents Rafele and Maria Sicoli and her siblings Bernardo (Antonia), Michele (Rosa), Pasquale (Ortenzia), Vittorio (Felice), Carmela (Alfronzo), Assunta (Michele) and Francesca (Michele). Sister-in-law of Rosetta (late Pasquale) and Anselmo (Emilia) and predeceased by Elena (Settimio), Emma (Domenic), Eliza (Mario), Mafalda (Giacomino) and Ercole (Marianna). She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 12:00 noon with Father Peter Nwachukwu officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations to the SAH Foundation or the FJ Davey Home would be greatly appreciated. A heartfelt thank you to the FJ Davey Home Birch Lane 2 and Apple Orchard 1 staff as well as Dr. Fera, the SAH Emergency Department and 3C for the compassionate care given to Ortenzia and our family. 

We know everyone in Heaven will be well fed. We love and miss you, Mom.
