Obituary of LeRoy Chaon

LeRoy Robert CHAON (August 18, 1930 - August 18th, 2012) Passed away unexpectedly at home at the age of 82 years. Beloved husband of the late Eva Chaon (nee Coleffi). Loving father of Judy Cond (Lynn) and Jerry Chaon (Judi). Cherished Nonno of Lee (Sara), Gavin (Jenn) and Jesse Cond; Fred White, Alison Murray (Steve) and Jamie White (Sherry). Special Nonno to Owen Cond, Emily and Claire Murray, Ivy and Olivia White and Joey Morin. He will be dearly missed by his best friend Edna Sartor. Brother of the late Donald Chaon (Alice), Mary-Lou Heins (late Lee) and the late Earl Chaon (late Teresa). Brother-in-law of the late Evelyn Braido (late Gino), late Elia Amaroso (late Alex), late Aurora Del Bianco (late Neilo), late Gordon Coleffi (Marie), late Alba Maich (Toshy), late Velma Cedolia (Guido) and the late Helen Running (late Tom). Loving friend and uncle to many nieces and nephews near and far. Special friend to the Girardi and Sartor Families. LeRoy will be remembered by many families in Sault Ste. Marie as the "TV Repairman". He was the owner of LeRoy's TV. Family and friends are invited to the Marconi Hall on Friday, August 24, 2012 at 11 a.m. for a reception in celebration of LeRoy's life. The family requests that you please wear red and white or your brightest color. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Heart & Stroke of Ontario, ARCH or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
