Passed away peacefully at ARCH, with his family by his side, on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 in his 88th year. Loving husband of Gisela for 60 years. Father to Irene Page (Richard). Opa to Lindsay (Gavan) and Jennifer. Great grandfather to Claire, Sydney and Maëlle. Brother to Anita, Gerda, Gerhard. Uncle to many nieces and nephews in Germany. Friends may call at Zion Lutheran Church (189 Upton Road) on Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 10 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 11 a.m. with Reverend Jouko Jyrkama officiating. Memorial donations may be made to ARCH at Northwood Funeral Home or ARCH . A very special thank you to the Angels at ARCH. Special thank you to Dr. Cziffer, Dr. Buehner and Dr. Spadafora for their care and compassion.
