Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Maple View Nursing Home on Friday, July 31, 2015 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of the late Ruth and the late Phyllis. Dear father of Dale (Mae), late Karen Anderson, Kim Lambert (Denis), Patti Wood (Larry), Molly McLeod (Gary) and Karen Parrington (Paul Muccin). Loving grandfather and great grandfather of many. Predeceased by his parents Roy and Stella Anderson. Brother of Dale (Barb). He will be dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Ed retired after 32 years with the Sault Ste. Marie Police, 8 of those years as the Deputy Chief. Friends and family are invited to a come and go at the Royal Canadian Legion on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
