Linda, I have just learned about the passing of your father from Bob and Lee McMenemy. I felt really badly I hadn't known in time to have been able to pay my respects in person. It would have been nice to have seen my Mountain View car pool buddy again, even under these sad circumstances. I am truly sorry for your loss, Linda. May I share with you that on the twenty-sixth of this month, it will have been thirteen years since my father passed away and, truth be known, there is still a hole, especially when I wish I could ask for his opinions or ideas on something. Time softens our loss and grief, but does not cure it. Please accept my message of sympathy and know that my thoughts and prayers are indeed with you and your various family members at this time of sorrow. Ann

Bud - always a twinkle in his eye and a chuckle at the ready. He welcomely opened his Cummings Lake home to many wanderers, to enjoy the lake, his boat, and warm hospitality. He appeared to be a man well loved by his family to whom I send my sincerest sympathies. Lois

I would like to offer my condolences to Bud's children Linda Palmer (Phil Fassett), Bill Palmer (Jean), John Palmer (Liz), Brian Palmer (Maddy Gingras), Janice Trainor (Joe) and Bob Bringleson (Aimee). I have many fond memories of Bud and the times we would go out to his cabin and going with my Dad and Bud to watch is son Billy (Pinky) play hockey for the Soo Greyhounds.
