Ginny was my audiologist for over 20 years. I always enjoyed our talks during my visit. She was a very kind person and excellent at her job. I will certainly miss her. My sincere condolences to her family and close friends.

I am so shocked and saddened to hear about Virginia. Virginia was my audiologist and I enjoyed coming in for appointments and meeting with her. She reminded me so much of my sister, Shirlee, who she resembled very much. The first time I met her I told her how much she looked like my sister, and then realized that she shared the same name as my sister. My sister's name was Shirlee Virginia. I will miss Virginia's smile and laugh and her expertise in the field of audiology. Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of a very special and talented woman.

I first met Ginny when she was a young mother in Lynn Lake over a meal of Arctic Char. In the intervening years we've crossed paths on a number of occasions where her down to earth and strong points of view were welcome dialogue. She was a very strong woman and a shoulder for her friends to lean on. To her family and my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your mother, sister, grandmother and supportive friend. Enjoy the 19th hole.

I am heartbroken. Goodbye my dear friend. I will cherish my memories of our times together on Gordon Avenue. The wine, the food, the laughter - and sometimes the arguments followed with the makeups and more wine and more laughter often until the wee hours of the morning. Your visits with me in Hamilton and Mississauga where we would eat, drink and laugh at as many restaurants we could cram into 3 days. To Peter, his wife and new daughter and all of Ginny's western family and friends, my thoughts are with you. Such a beautiful tribute to one heck of a gal. Rest in Peace my good friend until we meet again.
