Obituary of James "Jim" Joseph Euale

Peacefully passed away at Health Sciences North (Sudbury) on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at the age of 70. Loving and devoted husband of Linda for 48 years. Proud father of Christopher (Kristy) and David (Amanda). Caring grandfather of Jake, Abbey and Oliver. Beloved brother of David (Marjorie) and Virginia (Frank). He will be fondly remembered by his niece and nephew Blake and Kara (Jordan). Great uncle of Joseph and Harrison. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Inez Euale. He will be forever missed by his “favourite nephew” (Virginia and Frank's four-legged son) Baxter. Jim served 25 years in the RCMP rising to the rank of Staff Sergeant. He enjoyed spending 13 years as a Professor of Law and Security at Sault College. In his free time, Jim loved to make cabinets and furniture. Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Father Daniele Muscolino officiating. Memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Matthew Memorial Hospital Association would be appreciated by the family.
