Obituary of Ivy Prosser

It is with broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Mom and Nana on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at the age of 92. We take comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with her loving husband Harry (2007). Loving Mom of Karen Seabrook (Steve) and Wayne. Adored Nana of Ryan (Courtney), Dylan (Kayla), Kaleb (Amy), Kyle (Sophie), Gavin (Andrea), and Bailey (Nathan). Fun loving Great-Nana of Theo, Rosko, Arlo, and Blake. Ivy will be dearly missed by her nieces and nephews in Wales, and many friends.

If you knew Ivy, you were always her “love”. Mom always made us feel like family came first. A heartfelt thank you to the staff at the F.J. Davey Home, Cedar Three. To Ivy’s RN’s and PSW’s, housekeeping and Physio team, thank you for caring for our mom so well. Special thank you to Lindsey, mom’s nurse practitioner, Dr. Apostle, Jennifer, thank you for always treating mom as your special Sugar Plum, and Amy, words cannot express the exceptional care, compassion, and dedication that you gave to our mom, we will forever be grateful. At mom’s request a private family celebration will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758).
